These artists value quality materials and construction, and design/build distinctive pieces that highlight the natural beauty of wood. Art-a-Whirl was an opportunity for them to expand awareness of custom-made wood furniture and specialty wood items, educate the public, differentiate the group from the competition and provide a showcase for potential customers to meet the artists.

45 Degrees/Minneapolis first guided the artists through a creative strategy process to get them all on the same page, understanding that they needed to market as a group brand, not as individuals.
